TeamBasin

Everything your school runs, in one place.

TeamBasin runs club teams and intramural leagues on the same platform, so a student can do both on one account. Pick whichever one is yours.

One platform, both programs.

Club teams and intramural leagues share the same login, the same roster, and the same school. Pick a side above to see what that side gets.

Both programs

Two programs, one platform

Same login, same school, different seasons. Start with the one that's yours.

Club sports

One space per team for the schedule, attendance, roster, chat, dues, and gear. It stays set up between seasons, so each new group of officers inherits a system instead of rebuilding one.

Intramural

Browse leagues, schedules, standings, and results without making an account. Sign up when you want to play, and your school’s admin team runs results and standings from the same place.

Scope

What TeamBasin is not

Easier to find out now than three meetings in.

Facility booking or scheduling rooms and fields

Teams schedule their own practices, games and events. Reserving the space itself stays wherever your campus already does it.

Point of sale, memberships or building access

No card readers, no turnstiles, no membership billing. If that is the problem you are solving, you want a campus recreation suite — TeamBasin can sit alongside one.

E-signature or waiver drafting

Waivers are tracked, not generated or signed here. You record what was signed through your university’s own process, on paper or otherwise, and see at a glance who is missing one.

Equipment damage and maintenance workflows

Gear is tracked as issued, returned or lost, and a loss books its cost to the budget. Repair status is on the roadmap, not shipped — track it in notes for now.

What it does cover is the layer those tend to treat as an afterthought: what happens inside the teams. The guides go through it.

Built privacy-first

Your team's data belongs to your team

TeamBasin was built privacy-first from the first line of code, and that is still how it is built.

Role-aware access

Finances and member info are visible only to the people who should see them. Access follows each person’s role on the team, automatically, so nobody has to manage permissions by hand.

Members

What they need to show up: schedule, their own status, and their team’s chat.

Organisers

The rosters and records for the teams or leagues they actually run.

Nobody else

No cross-team access, no cross-school access, and no ads built on any of it.

Isolated by default

Each club’s data is separated at the database layer. One team can never see another team’s. It is the default, not a setting you can forget to turn on.

No ads, ever

The product is not built on selling your team’s information. No ads, no data brokers, no exceptions.

How this is actually enforced — where the boundary lives, what is logged, and what we do not claim.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

It’s free right now, during the pilot. If that changes, current schools will hear about it from us directly.

Get your school out of the group chat

Free while we’re in pilot. Club or intramural, it’s the same login.

Note: TeamBasin is currently optimized for desktop and laptop. A mobile view is coming soon.
